User Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement is made between Kamu İş Ailem (the "Platform") and the natural person ("User") who registers or uses the platform, defining the terms of use.

2. Membership and Account Security

• The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

• Union member prices require member number and ID verification; membership is cancelled if false information is detected.

• The confidentiality of the account password and all account activity belong to the user.

3. Member Prices and Discounts

Union member prices apply only to verified union members. Unverified visitors see the list (guest) price. Discounts and campaigns may be time-limited.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is finalized upon payment confirmation. Prices and stock may change instantly.

• Payments are processed via licensed payment providers; card data is not stored on the platform.

• For out-of-stock items, the order is cancelled and payment refunded.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Under distance-selling law, the user has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. See the Return Policy page for details.

6. User Obligations

• Use the platform in compliance with law and ethics.

• Do not use others' information without permission or post fake content/reviews.

• Avoid actions that threaten system security.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the brands, logos, designs and content on the platform are reserved and may not be used or copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary for third-party sellers' products; related liability rests with the seller under applicable law. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service but undertakes to resolve issues within a reasonable time.

10. Termination and Disputes

The user may terminate membership at any time. The platform may suspend membership in case of breach. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
